The Naitai Highlands Farm is the largest public ranch in Japan. At its peak, more than 2,000 cows graze here, and the scenery is so large that they look like black and white dots walking along the green slopes. At the café Naitai Terrace at the top of the mountain, you can enjoy soft-serve ice cream, hamburgers, and lunch plates using local ingredients.
